A Pearle Vision Licensed Operator owner (Franchisee) seeks an enthusiastic, experienced and self-motivated Independent Optometrist to provide high-quality optometric patient care and professional services at their brand new location (Store Opening July/Aug 2021).
This is an independent, sublease opportunity at a very reasonable rent for a busy location at Alamo, CA.
You operate the Doctors office as your private independent practice while providing high-quality optometric care and services to your patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Pearle Vision.
The professional fee schedule is yours to decide and you keep the associated patient revenues for professional services that you deliver.
Pearle Vision at Alamo, CA is located around a busy trade center, has high-end optometric equipment, a fully furnished exam lane, offers a highly trained staff, full service finishing lab and a high-end retail store.
MAJOR DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality optometric care and services to your patientsEstablish a positive Doctor/Patient relationshipConduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of careEnsure all patients received an accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendationsCreate exceptional value in the lives of patients by providing excellent Patient/Customer service through the delivery execution of the Pearle Vision neighborhood eye care experienceHelps ensure Pearle Vision is known as a leading optical provider within the communityBASIC
Qualifications:
Graduate of accredited school of optometryLicensed to practice Optometry in the state of CaliforniaDPA and TPA certifiedKnowledge of current Optometric technology and practicesAt least 3
years of experienceBonus/Commission:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
