Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team.
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable, make payments (ACH, Check & wires).
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts in Quickbooks online - Accounts Receivables, daily invoicing, apply payments.
- Order entry and dispatching - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including inventory matching - Assist with other office tasks as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an accounting role is required - Proficiency in accounting software Quickbooks - Knowledge of governmental accounting principles is a plus - Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
