Bay Hills Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics is a premier center for facial surgery and aesthetics situated in picturesque Alamo.
The practice is owned and operated by Dr.
Prem Tripathi, a fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon and leader in facial surgery.
The practice debuted in December 2023 with Dr.
Tripathi and Kimberley Siegel, LA, and has grown tremendously.
We are now seeking a new team-member to grow with us as we continue to expand in 2024.

Summary:
As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every patient and client has an exceptional experience and involves a full commitment to providing the highest level of service.
Your role is pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming environment where patients and clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
This position offers the opportunity for growth into a management position for the right candidate.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Personalized Patient and Client Care:
Ensure that every interaction with patients and clients is personalized and exceeds their expectations.
This includes greeting them warmly, addressing their needs, and providing assistance throughout their visit.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our team to ensure seamless coordination of patient and client care.
This involves communicating effectively with other team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards a common goal.
Exceptional Communication:
Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, clients, and team members.
This includes listening attentively to their needs and concerns and responding appropriately.
Continuous Improvement:
Actively seek feedback from patients, clients, and team members to identify areas for improvement.
This includes proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the overall patient and client experience.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and processing payments.
However, this is not just a task-based job - it's about being part of a team that is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our patients and clients.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in aesthetics or as an esthetician is highly recommended but not required.

Working Conditions:
The Guest Experience Coordinator will primarily work in an office setting, interacting with patients, clients, and other team members.

Training:
All onboarding and training is provided on site through team-based training and online modules via the APX platform.
