Perform grooming services to breed standards and pet parent's preferences.
Always ensure the safety and well-being of pets under their care Develop long-term relationships with pet parents by engaging and educating our guests in a warm, friendly, and inviting atmosphere.
Become familiar with and understand retail products carried by Pet Pros, refer products to grooming guests when appropriate.
Learn and understand our loyalty, savings programs, and monthly promotions.
Learn and understand our scheduling system and daily procedures.
Maintain grooming area cleanliness and organization.
A See Spot Shop Groomer is responsible for providing outstanding grooming services through friendly engagement with our guests.
