Job Details Hybrid role Our company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Retention, service, account development, and product/service presentation directly to the insured;Capture and develop revenue (up-selling and cross selling as needed);Mentor and train Account Managers and CSRs;Partner with claims, risk management, and marketing.
Requirements:
At least five (5) years of senior client management experience with a retail insurance agency;At least five (5) years of senior client management experience.
Broad, general risk management and commercial P&C insurance exposure;EPIC experienceAccount Executive will handle strategic planning alongside the Producer and with out of the office client engagement;Demonstrated experience leading a large, complex book and team members like Account Managers and Account Associates;Control over the marketing process with strong underwriting relationships and excellent negotiating skills;Walk alongside a client through the whole life cycle of the account, from onboarding to renewal.
