Unit Description:
Sodexo is seeking a General Manager- Schools (Resource) to support K12 Schools in the Walnut Creek, CA region.
Candidate must have a strong financial acumen and be an excellent oral and written communicator.
Knowledge in USDA regulations is a plus.
Candidate will act as a consultant to the chief business officer and superintendent and be able to provide expert advice professionally.
In addition, candidate will have direct interaction with union frontline staff and administration.
Candidate must be able to analyze data, find trends, and offer solutions based on findings.
Having strength in research and project management will be needed.
Must be results driven and have strong proven leadership skills.
In addition, candidate must have intermediate knowledge in Word, Excel and Power Point.
A valid driver's license and Bachelor's Degree are both required for this on-site position.

Position
Summary:
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit.
Plans and supervises special functions.
Maintains cash control and payroll records.
Hires and trains unit personnel.
Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract.
Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Salary:
$23 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
